Michael Dyson Associates Ltd is an established multi-disciplinary construction consultancy providing a comprehensive range of professional services to the housing sector.

Founded in 1980 and incorporated in 1994, Michael Dyson Associates Ltd has three decades’ experience of providing high quality surveying, engineering, design, project and cost management services to Housing Associations, Local Authorities, ALMOs, PFI consortia, other Registered Providers in Social Housing and Contracting organisations.

We work throughout the UK with all our activities being centrally managed through our head office near Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.  Within the regions we operate from a network of satellite offices enabling us to respond effectively to the needs of our clients.

In wishing to set ourselves apart from other service providers we have developed a culture of commercial transparency whereby we collaborate closely with our clients to ensure our service aligns with their expectations to complement their business activities.
