We provide a “one stop shop” service; Asset Management Consultancy, Stock Condition Surveys, Building Surveying, Sustainable Architecture and Design, Quantity Surveying, Procurement, Project Management, Cost Control and CDM Coordinator services are all mainstream activities the company routinely undertakes with additional supporting services to Clients such as Energy Assessment, Code for Sustainable Homes Assessments and Party Wall Act Surveyor services.

Each year we employ a number of undergraduates on supervised work placements. Undergraduates on placement with Michael Dyson Associates Ltd are provided with continuous development opportunities with an emphasis on site based learning, supplemented with individual and group based training throughout the placement.
