Freelance Stock Condition Surveyors required to undertake private and public sector projects throughout the UK. Knowledge of the Decent Homes Standard and Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) is required.

SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT/PROJECT MANAGER

ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIAN

We are seeking to recruit enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our design team in delivering an expanding programme (predominantly housing related) of new build, refurbishment and regeneration projects.

The main responsibilities and personal qualities required for these roles will include:

• Managing a demanding workload producing working drawings and specifications.

• A high degree of proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with other IT software used to create spreadsheets and databases.

• A good understanding of products and construction technology applied to housing projects.

• Familiarity with Building and Planning regulations/procedures.

• Strong personal presence and leadership potential

• An appreciation of NHBC and Housing Corporation Standards

• A team player with determination to drive projects forward
