Aspire Housing Ltd have appointed Michael Dyson Associates Ltd to investigate and report on the structural condition of their Airey houses at Audley.

The investigation will establish construction details and determine the present condition, identifying and deterioration that has taken place since the houses were repaired under the Shaw Concrete system in 1983. The internal condition of the properties will also be examined in order to provide an appraisal of structural condition, nature and timescales of any repairs required and SAP rating for the properties.
