Facelift Scheme for Burnley Borough Council
Since 2002, Burnley Borough Council has used property "facelifting" schemes as an effective means of area regeneration and building community confidence. Following a comprehensive procurement process Michael Dyson Associates Limited has been appointed to provide Delivery Agent and CDMC consultancy services for the next phase of this important scheme.
Structural Survey of Non Traditional Housing Stock
Following a cost and qualitative procurement process, Cyngor Sir Powys County Council has recently appointed Michael Dyson Associates Limited to survey and report on the condition of their Non-Traditional Housing Stock. Stephen Bamford of Michael Dyson Associates Limited said “we are delighted to be appointed for this important commission and to have the opportunity to continue our long tradition of providing consultancy services to Social Housing Providers throughout Wales”.

Michael Dyson Associates Ltd
The company was founded in 1980 by J Michael Dyson and in 1994 we were incorporated as a Private Limited Company. Initially we provided technical support to private and public sector clients of a Consulting Civil and Structural Engineering nature. In the mid 1990's we expanded our activities to include Surveying, Project Management and Architectural Design services to an increasingly broad client base.
