The Company was formed in 1980 by J Michael Dyson. In 1994 the Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company.
Initially the Company provided technical support to private and public sector clients of a Consulting Civil and Structural Engineering nature. In the mid 1980s the Company expanded its activities to include Surveying, Project Management and Architectural Design services to an increasingly broad client base.
The Company has expanded its skills to provide the services of Planning Supervisor under the 1994 CDM Regulations, and Party Wall Surveyor under the 1996 Party Wall Act.
In the post Latham, Egan & Gershon era the Company is actively involved with Best Value, both as a means of procurement and in the management of schemes. We frequently work as partnering & procurement advisors and best value facilitators.
We are a true multi-disciplinary consultancy able to provide a complete range of professional services to our clients within the requirements of the Construction Industry. Services are tailored ranging from the stand alone single discipline through to a full Employers Agent role, or any combination in between.
