Michael Dyson Associates are multi-disciplinary consultants with a social housing client base employing around 70 personnel contributing to commissions located throughout the UK. Our work includes feasibility studies, risk analysis, best value and partnering, procurement, cost management, contract administration, structural engineering, architectural design, building and quantity surveying, value and project management applied to housing projects involving repair, regeneration and new build.
