Paul qualified as an Architect in 2003 and has since gained over 8 years experience in a variety of sectors. Paul joined the company in 2011 and brought with him a breadth of residential sector experience. His experience ranges from small domestic extensions to multi-million pound projects for private developers and housing associations, projects being both new build and refurbishment.
A significant amount of his workload over recent years has been working as Project Architect and Lead Consultant on a number of major social housing projects for housing associations around the UK. These projects have allowed him to gain specialist knowledge in this sector of work, designing to all relevant standards including Lifetime Homes, Space Design Standards and designing to meet the required levels of Code for Sustainable Homes.
