Edward Wrycroft

Edward has gained building surveying and project management experience in both the public and private sector. He has been involved on a wide variety of projects involving both high and low rise domestic properties together with experience in the health and industrial sectors.

He has been involved in the process of initial surveys as well as administering projects from inception to completion; taking client briefs, producing specifications and tender documents, administering procurement processes, agreeing final accounts and issuing final certificates.

Edward has an excellent understanding of the process involved in housing projects, acting as ‘Clients Friend’ or Employers Agent to ensure that clients’ requirements are achieved. He is also a CDM Co-ordinator accredited with the Association for Project Safety.
