We are pleased to be continuing our partnership with InCommunities (formerly Bradford Community Housing Trust) and Bullock Construction for a further phase of works to the Tower Blocks forming prominent features of Bradford skyline on Manchester and Otley Road.

This challenging scheme has to date encompassed work to 15 high rise blocks involving a multi million pound phased approach to regeneration. The key objective was to secure demand for accommodation in these properties by ensuring a holistic approach to their future sustainability. This has been achieved by significant enhancements to the external environment around the blocks, including gating, as well as Decent Homes improvements internally and recladding externally to ensure the blocks will have a further assured life of 30 years.
