Facelift Scheme for Burnley Borough Council

Since 2002, Burnley Borough Council has used property "facelifting" schemes as an effective means of area regeneration and building community confidence. Following a comprehensive procurement process Michael Dyson Associates Limited has been appointed to provide Delivery Agent and CDMC consultancy services for the next phase of this important scheme.
The schemes will be undertaken to privately owned properties indentified within the Councils Area Action Plan; the annual value is anticipated at £2,000,000. Michael Dyson Associates Limited services for this major programme of work include: Owner / Resident Liaison and Consent, Dilapidation Surveys, Information Collection and Recording, Mediation and CDM Coordinator services; we look forward to working with the team at Burnley Borough Council to raise the profile of the areas in question.
