After a comprehensive procurement process Allerdale Borough Council have appointed Michael Dyson Associates Limited to provide consultancy services for their Group Repair and/or Block Re-Roofing Schemes over the next 2 years
The schemes will be undertaken to privately owned properties within the declared Renewal Areas of Workington’s Derwentside and Maryport Town Centre; the annual value of the work is expected to be in the region of £800,000.
Michael Dyson Associates Limited services for this major programme of work include: Architect, Quantity Surveyor and CDM Coordinator; we look forward to working with the team at Allerdale to raise the profile of the areas in question.
