Following a detailed procurement exercise, with other consultants from the Sprit Framework, Coast and Country Housing have appointed Michael Dyson Associates Limited to act as Lead Consultant for the re-development and refurbishment of their Spencerbeck High Rise and Church Lane Medium Rise properties.
