Lead Surveyor for Pendleton PFI Bidding Consortia
Michael Dyson Associates Limited has been appointed as lead surveyor to support the consortia bidding for the Creating a New Pendleton Housing PFI Round 5 Project.
The work incorporates house condition, topographical and drainage surveys together with noise, traffic, archaeological and ordnance assessments and is expected to be complete by mid November 2009.
