Partnering Advisor Appointment for Seven Locks Housing

Michael Dyson Associates Ltd has been appointed for the second year of the Seven Locks Housing improvement programme, a £20 million scheme spread over 3 years.
The appointment follows a similar commission to initiate and advise on the Year 1 programme, which is being jointly delivered by Connaught Partnerships and Lovell Partnerships, using the NEC3 contract with the X12 partnering supplement.
Michael Dyson Associates Limited is also providing quantity surveying services to the contracts and ongoing budget control advice to the client.
The financial services also include the valuation and monitoring of the partnership pain/gain model against a target cost which was developed by the parties prior to commencement of the works.
It is anticipated that the second year of the programme will deliver a comprehensive package of improvements to kitchens, bathrooms and central heating to over a thousand properties.
