Stock Condition Surveys for Raven Housing Trust

As part of a continuing relationship, Michael Dyson Associates Limited has been commissioned by Raven Housing Trust to undertake the fourth consecutive year’s allocation of stock condition surveys.
Approximately 900Nr properties will be surveyed in line with the previous methodology however, as an additional service this year, we will also provide Energy Performance Certificates (“EPC”) to the same 900Nr properties.
