Nature of Work Undertaken

  • Michael Dyson Associates Ltd was appointed to provide the services of a multi-disciplinary consultancy specialising in the survey and repair of non-traditionally built properties.  The project included strucrural repair and application of external wall insulation, new roof coverings an fascia, soffit and rainwater goods to 63 Reema and 44 Cornish  Unit properties in Cannock.
  • Key objectives of the project were to:
  • Develop a design solution and ensure planning and building regulation permissions were obtained
  • Procure a suitable contractor to carry out the works
  • Ensure financial/cost management 
  • Ensure compliance with the CDM Regulations 
  • Facilitate ECO funding and supply compliance services
  • Ensure works carried out to a good quality standard in line with assured liefe criteria
