- Independent facilitation of project start-up workshops, at which the project team develops the commitment to partnering
- Independent facilitation of project interim and close-out workshops, where the team reviews the project progress and how the partnering process is working
- In house training, workshops and conferences
- Advice and consultancy on specific topics relevant to working in a partnering approach (e.g. incentives, KPIs & benchmarking, value engineering, commercial issues, risk management, team working, culture change, decision-making and problem solving processes)
- Independent facilitation of workshops on traditional projects where difficult relationships are impeding productivity on site or Final Account negotiations
- Development of Best Value procurement frameworks using standard and bespoke forms of contract
- Design and management of partnering schemes from feasibility to Final Certificate
- Development of non-traditional management tools for partnerships and other arrangements
