Launched in December 2006 by the Department for Communities & Local Government (DCLG), the Code for Sustainable Homes (CfSH) is a single national standard covering the design and construction of new homes in England and Wales.

The Code sets out sustainable design principles in nine key performance areas: Energy and CO2, Water, Materials, Surface Water run- off, Waste, Pollution, Health and Well-being, Management, and Ecology.

Such is the importance of this Code, Michael Dyson Associates Ltd have felt it imperative to attain accreditation to the CfSH Assessors course and lead our clients from the outset of their ideas and projects.

We now offer CfSH Assessors as part of our core service.

This is giving our existing clients all the more reason to retain our traditional services and gain added value and performance.
