Michael Dyson Associates Ltd provide technical consulting services through the preparation of planning and building regulations applications, working drawings packages, MBS specifications, design modelling and structural design, thus providing a one-stop consultancy service to both private and commercial clients alike.
Our design team are supported by quantity surveyors who can provide indicative cost modelling and advice on cost effective low maintenance solutions and whole life costing. We also act as employers agent for scheme delivery via suitably procured contractors.
Our service is managed from our head office in Huddersfield and delivered to our social housing clients via a network of local appointments and offices throughout the UK.
