Since the early 1980's Michael Dyson Associates Limited have been at the forefront in the structural survey, design and project management of repair schemes for all types of non-traditional dwellings enabling us to provide a 'niche' market service.
We were instrumental in developing PRC Homes Ltd licensed repair schemes for the majority of the 26 PRC types classified as defective in the 1985 Housing Act. This led us to becoming one of the founder members of the Non-Traditional Homes Appraisal Scheme (NTHAS) which provides a cost effective approach for the survey and repair of all forms of system built properties.
NTHAS is recognised by leading mortgage lenders which has enabled repair of non-traditional housing stock to mortgageable standard, thus enabling our clients to offer of these dwellings for shared ownership which assists with their Business Plan aspirations.
We have worked with many local authorities, LSVT organisations and ALMO's nationally across England and Wales, successfully delivering non-traditional housing improvement projects.
