Construction projects are typically centred on the control of time, cost and quality incorporating detailed specifications for the carrying out of works. Understanding the relationship between specification and installation is the key to good quality management and the role of controlling the installation process in the context of maintaining high quality is discharged by the Clerk of Works.

Michael Dyson Associates Ltd is pleased to offer the service of Clerk of Works to our clients, this being an important role undertaken by staff experienced in all aspects of the project management function.

Regular scheduled and unscheduled site visits are undertaken by an appropriately empowered Clerk and detailed checks are made to ensure that the contractor and it’s sub-contractors are using the specified materials in the correct manner.

This service provides a high degree of comfort through regular reports and the presence of a 'quality policeman' on site protecting the interests of our clients.
