Michael Dyson Associates Ltd recognises that most of our clients have many of the skills and resources necessary to manage construction projects for themselves. However, these resources are often incomplete or unavailable; at such times it is comforting to have an acknowledged construction project manager on call to provide advice and support when you most need it.

Michael Dyson Associates Ltd has been pleased to offer a bespoke 'Client Friend' service to a number of our clients whereby we perform the function of advising on an ad-hoc basis enabling the client to retain control of the management function whilst benefiting from an immediately available expert resource thus ensuring they are complying with the requirements of whatever contractual arrangement is in place and following best practice on their projects.
