Key Performance Indicator Measurement and Reporting

Michael Dyson Associates Ltd has been extensively involved with the setting up and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for construction projects on behalf of our clients, based upon the DTi Toolkit and best practice recognised by the Construction Best Practice Programme, of which we are members. This service ensures that all project stakeholders know how the project is performing against a pre-determined set of internal benchmarks and the industry at large.

On many of our projects these pre-agreed benchmarks have been used to determine whether or not a project can proceed to a second or subsequent phase based on the performance of the contractor during the first phase. This is a powerful incentive for excellence in service delivery.
