Quality Control

Michael Dyson Associates Ltd recognises the importance of maintaining high quality in both the processes and the products on all construction projects and the need to place quality control at the heart of the management function.

We have developed several activity-specific quality assurance sub-systems, all subject to our over-arching ISO 9001:2008 accredited Quality Management System, which can be used on any construction project to ensure that quality both off and on site is controlled and monitored against the client’s aspirations and operational benchmarks.

Michael Dyson Associates Ltd also recognises the importance of quality management in all our internal systems which includes a robust document production and control protocol which governs everything we produce (e.g. reports, letters, financial advice, etc) and ensures that our internal procedures are followed and quality is controlled throughout every commission we undertake.
