Michael Dyson Associates Ltd views cost control as an ongoing process which begins at the development stage of a project by developing realistic budgets reflective of the aspirations and requirements of our clients in a format which allows for real modelling of options and finesses with real-time comparisons with the clients’ affordability model.

Budgets become working cost models which are maintained throughout the life of any project from inception and procurement through to Practical Completion and the expiry of the Defects Liability Period and, in some cases, the disposal of the asset.

Michael Dyson Associates Ltd has a team of experienced Construction Cost Managers and Quantity Surveyors whose primary role is to ensure that our clients’ cost expectations are carefully managed through any construction project either as part of an over-arching project management commission or as a stand-alone service.
