For many years Michael Dyson Associates Ltd has been involved in promoting a partnering approach to project management providing to many of our clients the service of Partnering Adviser, we have successfully facilitated the building of collaborative relationships and created the management tools and processes necessary to underpin the stringent commercial framework necessary for a successful partnership.

Many commissions have arisen from a client’s need to make technical decisions or develop innovative procedures to service financially constrained projects where the sharing of risk with the contractor presents the best opportunity for viability.

Where there are numerous and disparate stakeholders in projects the services of one of our workshop facilitators yields great benefits in working through the issues of risk management and developing procedures as part of the procurement process that lead to a satisfactory outcome for all involved.
