Our survey, design and project management teams are market leaders in real time provision of sustainability in the housing sector; we maintain a high level dialogue with industry leaders to influence new initiatives whilst maximising current opportunities and products for housing schemes including refurbishment and new build.

We have successfully facilitated the funding provision for schemes aligning grant criteria with client obligations and restrictions. We have also specified sustainable products ensuring these complement the schemes and the need to reduce energy consumption in our homes.

As CESP and CERT initiatives come to an end and are replaced by Green Deal and ECO, we are working with major funders and providers to warrant the best deal for our clients. This builds on our experience and expertise in:
