Energy Assessments & EPCs

To align with our position as multi-disciplinary service providers we have developed processes and procedures which are in addition to the Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA) provision of Energy Performance Certificates (EPC).

Our assessments seek to align with the need to reduce whole life costs and, as such, model housing stock against energy saving, energy use and energy production using renewable technologies.

Where required we can review existing energy strategies leading to strategy provision and 'upskilling' existing client teams.

Importantly, Michael Dyson Associates Ltd is a member of various working groups which consider the operational aspects of Green Deal and we are currently working with the major energy providers and 'high street' chains to review the outputs of advanced EPC which will be a key element of Green Deal funding.
