Grant Funding Opportunities

It is important for social housing providers to seek and maximise grant funding opportunities in order to improve their housing stock. Michael Dyson Associates Ltd has a long history of facilitating Clear Skies Renewable Energy, CERT, CESP and ARBED grants.

Notwithstanding our success with the above schemes, each is time limited and we need to quickly move forward if we are to provide the best most effective advice.

In order to assist our clients Michael Dyson Associates Ltd has already started to 'gear up' for the new Energy Company Obligation (ECO) and Green Deal; we are members of working groups which consider the operational aspects of the Government Energy Bill leading to the new obligations.

We maintain contacts with all the major energy providers and the associated specialist companies offering funding and financial modelling; from energy surveys to provision of funding models and subsequent 'sign off' of works complete we have the expertise and experience to warrant excellence in action.
