Two weeks ago our Associate, Emma Taylor started our tour of
the University Placement & Careers Fairs, commencing with Liverpool John
Moores University followed by The University of Salford, Leeds Beckett
University and Nottingham Trent University. Every year we look to
meet and interact with enthusiastic and driven students keen to take their next
career step and learn more about our placement opportunities.
We now only have two fairs left; The Natural & Built
Environment Careers day at Sheffield Hallam University on the 30th
October and the Graduate Jobs & Placement Fair 2019 at Northumbria
University on the 4th November.
We are interested in students currently studying: Building Surveying, Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Architectural Technology and Architecture.
Students looking for a year in the industry with real ‘on
the job’ learning experiences, supported training and development are welcome
to visit our stand at Sheffield Hallam University and Northumbria University
for further information.

On Friday 18th of October, we held a ‘Wear it Pink’ Day in a bid to raise money and show our support for Breast Cancer Now.
Members of staff joined in by wearing various Pink items, our talented bakers once again stepped up to the challenge and created some delicious Pink cakes and our Business Development Manager, Tracy, was thrilled to be the winner of the bottle of Pink Fizz and Chocolates in the sweep stake.
In total we managed to raise an incredible £136, which go towards funding vital research in trying to prevent breast cancer in the future.
