Stock Condition Surveys for Viewpoint Housing Association

Through a vigorous tender process, Michael Dyson Associates Ltd has been awarded a Stock Condition Survey contract by Viewpoint Housing Association.  The properties are largely located within Edinburgh and Fife and are, primarily, sheltered or supported housing schemes with approximately a third of their properties general needs housing.  Michael Dyson Associates Ltd will be surveying all of Viewpoint Housing Association properties to provide accurate forecasting in terms of SHQS, Planned Maintenance, EESSH and HHSRS.  Survey data will be collected using Northgate SAM and migrated into the QL system upon completion of the project.

Consultancy Services Appointment for 16 Flat Blocks in Bedford

Following an extensive procurement process , Michael Dyson Associates Ltd has been appointed by BPHA Limited (formerly Bedford Pilgrims Housing Association) to provide consultant services at 16 flat blocks in Bedford. We are excited at the opportunity to work with BPHA and are providing a comprehensive service which includes a full range of survey, structural investigation, design and cost forecasting, culminating in block by block options appraisals. The output of our multi-disciplinary service will be invaluable to BPHA Limited, providing them with a robust platform from which to develop investment proposals for their properties. The works will commence in January 2018 and are scheduled for completion August 2018.
