Dave has worked at MDA since 2002, working in an IT technician role, supporting the infrastructure of the company. As our Asset Management Team expanded, Dave was responsible for the asset management systems used by our staff and surveyors to collect stock condition survey information, working closely with our project managers.

Over the subsequent decade he’s worked in each of the client-facing teams, running projects related to retrofit, refurbishment, new-build and surveying disciplines.

This experience has given him a broad range of knowledge of all MDA’s services which enables him to support our clients needs by analysing their needs and providing the most efficient and effective proposals to them.

In addition, Dave is a Chartered member of the CIOB and a Chartered member of CIH.
