The Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012 requires all public bodies to consider how the services they procure or commission may contribute to the economic, social and environmental wellbeing of their local communities. The Directors and Senior Management of Michael Dyson Associates Ltd recognise the importance of their commitment to this on behalf of our clients and have agreed a corporate social responsibility statement as follows:

In support of this statement we have a defined Social Responsibility commitment based on 6% of our turnover; this commitment is delivered through our social responsibility programme, specifically developed to measure social value outputs relating to supporting work experience, mentoring, training opportunities and assisting with local community projects within the areas we work. Through our commercial membership of TPAS, we are also constantly developing our resident engagement processes and social value outputs in line with best practice.
