Mark is a RIBA Chartered Architect and CDM professional with over 15 years of post-qualification experience, currently working as a Senior Architect and Associate within our Design team.
He is a skilled lead designer, project manager, and design advisor with a strong track record in delivering housing developments, refurbishments, and regeneration schemes for housing sector clients. Mark has a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines ensuring smooth project delivery from concept and planning through to on-site completion.
He specialises in RIBA Stages 0–4, producing robust procurement packages and building regulation submissions. Passionate about sustainability, Mark has hands-on experience in retrofit design and delivering sustainable solutions using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC).
