Michael Dyson Associates Ltd has been commissioned, via a tender through the Fusion 21 framework, to complete a 100% stock condition survey for Muir Group Housing Association. The survey will see Michael Dyson Associates Ltd surveyors completing over 5,000 dwelling surveys and also surveying Muir Group’s mixed tenure properties, garages and blocks. The fieldwork is expected to last 5 months with the outputs of the project expected in late Summer.
