Michael Dyson Associates Ltd are delighted to be working with 54North Homes on their refurbishment and energy efficiency project in Leeds, with funding secured through the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund Wave 2.1.
We have been appointed to supply Retrofit Assessments, Design and Co-ordination services in line with PAS2035 on 98 flats across three blocks in the Headingley and Chapeltown areas of Leeds. The flats will be receiving energy efficiency measures including external wall insulation, new windows and doors, upgraded heating systems, and roof insulation.
