We delighted to announce a new working relationship with South Cambridgeshire District Council.
The project will involve provision of condition surveys to over 5000 homes within the Council’s stock in order to provide up to date condition data to enable the Council to develop a business plan to allow future investment in the stock.
In addition to the undertaking of condition surveys to the Council’s general needs housing stock, Michael Dyson Associates Ltd have also been appointed to carry out condition surveys on behalf of Ermine Street Housing, which is the housing company set up by South Cambridgeshire District Council to provide market rented properties across Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Northamptonshire.
