Michael Dyson Associates Ltd is pleased to announce that they have been appointed by Cobalt Housing to undertake stock condition surveys to 1,100 properties, including houses, bungalows and flats. Cobalt Housing manages and maintains c.6000 properties in North Liverpool, particularly the neighbourhoods of Croxteth, Norris Green and Fazakerley.
Michael Dyson Associates Ltd will provide surveys to update information currently held within Cobalt Housing’s asset management system, in order to shape their asset management strategy and inform future planned programmes.
