Michael Dyson Associates Ltd has been appointed by Thirteen Group to undertake structural surveys following a successful tender process.
The project consists of 15 high-rise blocks, all residential. Thirteen Group requires information relating to the structure to feed into their building safety case. In addition to confirming the nature of the structure, Michael Dyson Associates Ltd has discussed areas where added value can be provided and will also investigate and provide commentary on the durability and current condition of components, both primary and secondary.
Through close liaison with Thirteen Group, a programme of works was developed to address their more complex blocks this financial year.
