Michael Dyson Associates Ltd is pleased to announce it has been appointed by Tower Hamlets Community Housing via the Procurement for Housing framework to provide Pre and Post Contract Quantity Surveyor, Contract Administrator, Principal Designer & Clerk of Works services.
The services provided are to assist in the delivery of Tower Hamlets Community Housing 2019/2020 planned improvement works involving bathroom and kitchen replacements to circa 80 properties in and around Whitechapel, Stepney and Spitalfields.
The intention is to complete this first phase of works by the end of the 2019/2020 financial year with the potential to progress future work streams. We look forward to working with and developing a long lasting relationship with Tower Hamlets Community Housing.
