In 2014, Lydia Israel joined Michael Dyson Associates Ltd as an undergraduate on her year-out placement and returned in 2016 as a Graduate Building surveyor following a year of sponsorship. In the last eight years, Lydia has worked hard and progressed within the Asset Management Team from Building Surveyor, to Senior Building Surveyor, becoming a Chartered Building Surveyor and Team Leader.
Following the completion of our annual appraisal process, we are now pleased to advise that Lydia has been promoted to Associate.
We asked Lydia how she felt about gaining her promotion: “The last 7 years has seen me progress from an undergraduate to my current position as an Associate. I would like to thank MDA for supporting me with meeting my personal career ambitions. Moving forward I am looking forward to continuing my work within the asset management team and assisting other team members achieve their own career goals.”
