Congratulations to Emma Taylor on her promotion to Director at Michael Dyson Associates Ltd. We asked Emma how she felt about reaching this exciting and well-deserved milestone in her career.
“I’m absolutely delighted to have been made a Director, which was not something I envisaged when I joined the company in 2001 as a Director’s Secretary! There is, however, a lot to be said for working your way up through a company and gaining a thorough understanding of the business and its staff.
I’ve always believed in seeing people as individuals, and in helping them to progress their career while delivering for the company. I’m also a passionate advocate for mental health awareness.
Gaining my ACIPD qualification and working with colleagues to improve and expand on the HR aspect of the business has enabled me to realise both my ambitions for myself and for the company. I’m very proud to have done so, and I look forward to developing the new client relations aspect to my role, whilst continuing to take the company forward with my co-Directors and the rest of the staff at MDA.”
