In a time of uncertainty, it is good to know that clients are still proactively awarding new contracts. Michael Dyson Associates Ltd is pleased to announce that we were commissioned, via the Places for People framework, to complete a 20% stock condition survey for First Choice Homes Oldham. Once the Coronavirus restrictions had eased, the project saw our surveyors begin to complete c3,000 dwelling surveys along with recording RdSAP Energy and HHSRS information across the First Choice Homes Oldham stock. All of the data will be recorded on Northgate SAM which is primary Asset Management system used by both First Choice Homes Oldham and Michael Dyson Associates Ltd.
