Michael Dyson Associates Ltd is pleased to announce it has been appointed by Beyond Housing, via the Fusion21 framework, to deliver approximately 4,000 stock condition surveys to Beyond Housing’s domestic housing stock. The surveys will gather important information on the condition of the housing stock and help to inform future maintenance and refurbishment programmes. Beyond Housing has approximately 15,000 homes, serving 30,000 customers and properties stretch from the Tees Valley to the Yorkshire coast.
