Michael Dyson Associates Ltd has recently been appointed through the Fusion21 Framework, to complete Stock Condition, and RdSAP surveys to 1,800 properties owned by Johnnie Johnson Housing. Johnnie Johnson Housing currently owns 5,000 properties across the North West, North East, Yorkshire and Derbyshire. As part of the commission Michael Dyson Associates Ltd surveyors will be assessing the condition of a variety of internal and external elements, including kitchens, bathrooms, central heating systems, windows, doors, roofs and walls. In addition to this, surveyors are required to assess the energy efficiency of the properties. Surveys will be completed using MDA’s Northgate SAM asset management system.
