When our Business Development Manager Tracy was invited to present a workshop about ‘Women in Construction’ to the Young Women’s Hub based in Lewisham, she was more than happy to take part.
The workshop was part of our Social Value involvement on the scheme at Hatfield & Gerrard with United Living Group for Lewisham Homes.
Tracy spoke to group about her own journey and experience over the last 26 years and explained that the construction industry was not just about ‘muddy boots’ and ‘site work’ but that there are other avenues for people to explore including; Architecture, Project management, Surveyor etc
The Young Women’s Hub aims to develop well rounded, confident and responsible individuals, who aspire to achieve their full potential.
