In heading up our Asset Management Team Andy takes a hands-on, practical approach to the delivery of our client’s requirements. A Building Surveyor with 21 years experience in the construction industry Andy is responsible for the management and delivery of all surveying services.

Andy’s experience ranges from general practice building surveying to the management, wholesale refurbishment and redevelopment of social housing. With experience of projects from single storey dwelling extensions to multi-million pound social housing projects, Andy has helped guide clients through the required processes to achieve success in their projects.

Since joining Michael Dyson Associates Ltd in 2004, Andy has been responsible for the undertaking of surveys and delivery of advice to assist our clients in the management of their property portfolio. This includes condition surveys, validation surveys, options appraisals, non housing asset surveys, energy audits, DDA audits, fire risk assessments and asbestos surveys.
