Nature of Work Undertaken

Michael Dyson Associates Ltd was appointed under two separate contracts to provide survey services as follows:

Trident House - a 19 storey tower block in Birmingham City Centre.  The client's brief was to carry out:

  • Stock condition surveys to 20% of the dwellings (40 internal condition surveys)
  • External & Communcal Survey
  • M&E Survey
  • Lift Condition Survey
  • Create CAD floor plans
  • Structural abseil survey
  • Produce 3 measured surveys
  • Produce report detailing the findings  

Stock Condition Survey - The client's brief was to:

  • Carry out stock condition surveys to 500 dwellings
  • Clone data from surveyed properties to the remainder of the stock
  • Collect HHSRS data
  • Collect RDSAP data
  • Provide an indepth report 
  • Provide survey data in suitable format to allow importation into the In4Systems ProMaster Asset Management System
