There wonโt be many people within our past and current clients that wonโt have dealt with Gary. Starting in MDA almost three decades ago, he has been a Director for 22 of those and, in recent years worked part-time as a consultant for the business.
His dedication, integrity, and commitment have shaped not just the work we do, but the people we are. Over more than twenty-seven years, heโs been a constant presence, someone others could rely on for guidance, perspective, and leadership.
From the bottom of all our hearts, thank you for the countless contributions, the lessons shared, and the standards you set.
You leave behind a legacy to be proud of.

Lisa has been an integral part of MDA for over 18 years, working within the Business Development Team. culminating in her well-deserved appointment to Associate.
As many of you will know, Lisa has become the face of MDA at conferences, building strong relationships with contractors and clients, and working tirelessly behind the scenes as a Bid Writer on tenders.
In her role as Department Head, she has successfully led the Business Development Team to where it is today. The depth of knowledge and experience she has developed over the years will be deeply missed.
