Following a competitive tender exercise, Michael Dyson Associates Ltd has been successful in being awarded a two-year stock condition survey contract, with the option to extend the contract for a further two years, with the Hyde Group. Michael Dyson Associates Ltd will work with the Hyde Group over the coming years to complete stock condition surveys to their housing stock in order to provide them with robust planned maintenance forecasts cost plans and reports. The project will see Michael Dyson Associates Ltd maintain their long-standing working relationship with the Hyde Group.
